4D-Nature in my room
My 4D artwork encompasses all the things we have dealt with during the visual education course. I wanted to make a visually chronological production of all the artwork I created.
First of all, I put a photography of the field trip we made with the whole classroom to La Vall de Núria. This was the first step towards the finishing product. Then when we started the course in March we made a sketch with our team to determine the topics, values and emotions we felt during our excursion. The result of our collective brainstorming was so great that it became the second step towards the finish line.
Once I had all this information I was inspired to develop my 2D artwork which was a photography that I took in my summer holiday town called Tamariu. This piece was inspired on the see and the beach, which is one of the things that translates it into a warm calm feeling.
The 3D artwork was a mobile and I used natural objects I found in the forest when I was walking with my dog. I decided to add my 2D artwork in it to represent the balance between mountain and beach beauty.
Moreover, I also decided to include a short video that showed my 2D artwork in a very close and familiar environment to me, which is my room.
To finish the video I wanted to add a quote to seal the whole project and show that nature soothes and heals our souls.
